ProwHost billing cycles are monthly. On the first day of each month we invoice and automatically charge your primary payment method for the previous month's usage.

What happens when I exceed the traffic limit?

When you exceed the traffic limit, you will be billed at $0.29 per GB. We recommend not hosting applications with excessive networking to avoid unexpected charges.

Can I have a refund?

Virtual server services do not have a refund option.

Can I register Reverse DNS (rDNS)?

For rDNS registration, a floating IP must be defined. Contact our support team to get assistance with setup.
